Acoustic Christmas at The Midland Theatre

Beginning at 12:01 AM September 30, 2024, Kansas Lottery PlayOn® members will have a chance to experience an “Acoustic Christmas” concert at The Midland Theatre in Kansas City, MO on December 1, 2024. Featured artists include Priscilla Block, Kelsey Hart, LoCash, Nate Smith and a SURPRISE GUEST!  Winners MUST have a smart phone to accept the tickets.

ENTRY DETAILS:

Players will enter by visiting the Rewards section of PlayOn® to select the promotion from the list and redeem 213 PlayOn points for an entry into the drawing. Mailed entries will NOT be accepted for the drawing.

ENTRY DEADLINE:

PlayOn® members must redeem their points for an entry by no later than 11:59 PM CT on October 27, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing.

WINNER ANNONCEMENT:

Two (2) VIP Package winners and ten (10) GA Concert Package winners will be announced at approximately noon on October 31, 2024.  Check back here or the PlayOn® app for the list of winners.

VIP CONCERT PACKAGE INCLUDES (2 WINNERS):

  • Two (2) premium sitting tickets for the winner and a guest to the “Acoustic Christmas” concert at The Midland Theatre on December 1, 2024
  • Participation in an artist experience – a social reception in the Chandelier Bar within the Midland with the artist performing that night
  • $300 cash
  • Mandatory state ($56.34) and federal ($270.42) income withholding taxes will be paid by the Kansas Lottery
  • Each prize is valued at approximately $1,126.76

GA CONCERT PACKAGE INCLUDES (10 WINNERS):

  • Two (2) general admission tickets for the winner and a guest to the “Acoustic Christmas” concert at The Midland Theatre on December 1, 2024 (value = $60.00)
  • $300 cash
  • Each prize is valued at approximately $360.00
  • (Prizes that have a value less than $600 will not be subject to tax reporting).

GENERAL RULES:

  • Must be a Kansas Lottery PlayOn® member to participate. It is free to join!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, win, or claim a prize.
  • Twelve (12) winners will be drawn for the Acoustic Christmas at the Midland Theatre promotion. The first 2 entries drawn will be the winners of the VIP Concert Package. The next ten (10) entries drawn will be the winners of the GA Concert Package.
  • The Kansas Lottery will pay state and federal mandatory income withholding taxes for the concert winners when applicable.
  • Entering the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
  • An email will be sent to the email address listed in the winner’s PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail. Winners must return their completed claim form, electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within 10 business days from the date of the winner announcement or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
  • Winners MUST have a smart phone to accept the tickets.
  • Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish but may win only one prize in this drawing.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • These prizes are subject to all Official Rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, state and federal law.
  • All prizes are subject to lottery validation, set offs, and deductions authorized by law.
  • Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
  • Entertainment schedule subject to change.
